What our clients say about us

I had my kitchen cabinets refaced by Lonn and they look fantastic! I went from having ugly, dated kitchen cabinets to beautiful cherry cabinets. I am very happy with the completed product. Lonn obviously takes pride in his work and is very easy to work with. He was very patient, timely, and responsive every time I contacted him or had questions. Lonn also cleaned up every night before he left, which I appreciated. When Lonn realized one of the pull out drawers might rub on the inside of the door, he told me he would replace the drawer and he did. I’m sure some contractors would not have even pointed that out, but because Lonn obviously cares that his customers are satisfied, he brought it to my attention and corrected the problem. I love my cabinets and would highly recommend Custom Refacing.

– Satisfied Client

I wanted our kitchen cabinets refaced to get rid of the oak cabinets with their dark grain. I also wanted the cabinet over the refrigerator cut so a higher refrigerator would fit there. When I called in August Lonn told me he was booked until October which was fine with me. Lonn set up an initial meeting to go over what I wanted and show me the veneers he uses, the different styles of doors for the cabinets and give me some prices. He also had some suggestions. For example, he suggested putting a hinged door on the corner cabinet instead of the two door system I had (you had to open one door before you could open the other). He gave me a date in September for him to come to measure and for me to finalize the door style, hardware and stain color. He also set the date for the work to be done. After I picked the stain color he had the strainer send me a larger sample for my approval. When he started the work, he put heavy interlocking plastic tiles to protect the kitchen floor (he cuts the wood in the kitchen) and canvas over the doorways to keep the dust to a minimum. He always removed the tiles and swept every night so we could cook in the kitchen if we wanted. He was always prompt in the mornings and actually finished the kitchen ahead of schedule. We are very pleased with his work.
